- Support and initiation of research projects on the topics of distortion, simulation and residual stresses
- Continuous further work on the distortion monograph "Dimensional and shape changes due to heat treatment of steels - causes from design to end product
- Monitoring of the research project "Integrated Forming and Heat Treatment Simulation for Solid Formed Parts - InUWäM
- Accompaniment of the project outline of the follow-up project to the FV " Dimensional and shape changes of lightweight gears".
- "Jour fixe" each technical committee meeting is enriched by a practical presentation of a member
- Permanent exchange and cooperation with AWT
