Errors in the measuring system lead to incorrect process sequences and consequently to faulty products. The system technology can also lead to premature material fatigue or even the destruction of important components due to overheating, for example. The consequences include a loss of energy, rejects and reworking as well as a standstill of the system technology. The correct temperature is an essential prerequisite for successful heat treatment. In heat treatment, the value of correct temperature measurement must not be underestimated. In his presentation, Dipl.-Ing.
