Online session: Presentations and technical exchange on the topics from "Microstructure and mechanical properties"
On September 5, 2024, Technical Committee 21 will meet online to discuss current issues in the fields of AI and image analysis, the degree of purity in metallurgy and innovation design. Measuring the macroscopic degree of purity using ultrasonic testing on large-diameter steel bars. An international round robin test will be organized on this topic. The set of samples for carrying out the tests can be sent to interested participants on request (pallet delivery incl. calibration bodies).
Non-binding guest participation is also possible for non-members. The meeting will be held in compliance with the antitrust regulations of the AWT. Details of the event will be sent out with the invitation letter four weeks before the meeting.
